The company began its journey in 1971 under the name D M International, founded by Md. Dalilur Rahman. In 2010, it was officially registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies. Following the registration, the company rebranded as D M Crop Care LTD, expanding its operations to market pesticides, fertilizers, plant growth regulators (PGR), and aqua products.

Since 2021, the company has been led by Md. Dalilur Rahman, followed by Sanjida Akter as Chairperson, and A K M Masudur Rahman as Managing Director, who continue to guide the company’s growth and operations
